Start taking care of your self with delicious things which are good for the body and the soul: Find a treat you absolutely love, that makes your toes tingle and your heart expand, maybe it's hot chocolate with a buttery croissant, maybe a sweet canella (a Italian cinnamon twist) and Cafe Latte; whatever it is share it with a beloved friend, or in silence with yourself, or even an adored open book, do this frequently.

Yerba Mate tea with a splash of almond milk and maple syrup; it's delicious, it stimulates your mind, calms your nervous system, is a mild diuretic (gets rid of bloat), and gives you a nice lift.

Pure, green, virgin olive oil you can afford;

Add sprouts to your diet, a salad of sprouts with pressed garlic, almonds, a sliced boiled egg, with oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard and fresh thyme dressing; do it daily, ritually, religiously!!

For those with a taste for the savory: nothing is quite as fun and young as eating a street hot dog, a pretzel with iced lemonade, a corn dog or popcorn. Treat yourself. Love yourself while you're having fun the way you did when you were little and had better things to think about than calories and fiber!!!
